Joe Haley is the President of Oceans Group International, a real-estate sales/marketing, development, and construction firm. Joe leads the strategic planning and execution of all Oceans Groups International's initiatives and operations. Joe has extensive experience in the development and construction industry, with 13 years of involvement across many facets of the business.

 Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills are some of his key attributes. Joe has also demonstrated the ability to build and lead high performance teams that consistently deliver quantum results in sales, market share, and client satisfaction.

Joe has expertise in dealing with complex developments and transitioning them into profitable operations. His experience includes contract negotiations, property acquisition, partner creation, resort management, designing global organizational vision, strategic analysis, and executing successful sales plans.

Senior shareholders of Oceans Group International and plays an integral role in the scope and overall strategy of the company. He has an extensive track record of success in many different business enterprises. Most notably as the founder and president of a successful food and beverage franchise.

Steven has a passion for life and people and that passion has helped Ocean Group become a unique consulting and development company that can elevate any development or hotel operation in construction, logistics and sales and marketing.

Building confidence and showing respect to employees and guests is fundamental to his business goals. As an avid nature lover, you will find Steven often on his bike or kayak. He is involved in many charitable organizations and loves spending time with his wife in the great outdoors.



Dan Cranney is Vice President of Marketing & PR for Oceans Group International. He has been a key Partner in a $100M+ project where he oversaw one of the largest restructuring and rebranding projects in the Caribbean in the last 10 years. Dan’s has an in-depth knowledge of the new digital-media hospitality landscape that makes him a versatile problem solver in dealing with hospitality branding and developing marketing concepts. He has managed marketing, branding and sales in a wide variety of industries with expertise in hospitality: international marina, island resort, restaurants, surf lodge chain, merchandise, events, weddings, tech company, residence club, property management, vacation destination marketing and real estate sales. He currently manages all sales and marketing teams and manages all resort design/film/collaboration components. He also manages the guest experience elements. He is published and his marketing campaigns have resulted in receiving accolades from the international press.

Affable by nature with a diverse academic background, Dan prides himself on getting the best out of those around him, thinking strategically and most importantly, executing strategies into successful results.

Dan and his wife have 5 children. He is an avid mountain bike rider, accomplished musician, book reader and loves all sports. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Service & Administration from Texas A&M University and certified as a Graduate Teaching Fellow; he also holds a MBA from West Texas A&M University. He resides in Bentonville, AR.


Ricardo severini - vice president of sales

Ricardo Severini is a highly knowledgeable and experienced Vice President of Real Estate Sales with over 22+ years experience with a broad and deep familiarity of comprehensive variety of all property types.

Ricardo has a proven record of successful completion and sales of multiple simultaneous projects. Extensive expertise in International Luxury and Resort type properties, handling customers from Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America.  

Ricardo also is fluent in 4 languages and has a very diverse background with Italian and Brazilian roots but growing up in Maryland and getting his Bachelors Degree from Frostburg University.

sina pfau - sales & marketing

Sina Pfau works in Sales & Marketing for Oceans Group International. She has been with the company since 2005 and has a deep knowledge in various departments of the company.

Sina is originally from Germany and holds a Bachelors Degree in Tourism Management. Besides German she is fluent in English, Spanish and French.

She approaches all tasks in a very independent and professional manner. She is highly motivated, dedicated, and professional with a remarkable background in tourism, sales, marketing and real estate. Some of her responsibilities at Oceans Group International are: Providing potential real state buyers with information about Panama, Bocas del Toro and available properties at Red Frog Beach Development, Creating and selling of sales packages for potential real estate buyers, Analysing market trends and adapting marketing strategies accordingly, Coordinating and assisting with various marketing campaigns, Developing and maintaining professional business relationship with Travel Agents and Tour Operators world wide, Processing Resort reservations and payments, Coordination and participation on tourism trade fairs.
